Sengkuang flesh is solid, aqueous, and dense with a crisp, crunchy, and snappy consistency. The flesh is also abundant in translucent juice, giving it a watery, refreshing nature. Tastes mild, neutral, sweet, subtly nutty, and slightly tangy. Can be peeled and eaten raw or cooked.
